Lifestyle newborn sessions are quickly becoming my favorite.
Bringing a newborn home is an exciting time for any family. Whether it’s the first, third or fifth child, having a new life in the house is both exhilarating and exhausting. I visited with the Lovell family on a rainy Sunday morning for a lifestyle newborn session. I was greeted by their two oldest boys (now big brothers again) and two happy dogs. This was the third time I’ve photographed this gorgeous family, so it was high fives and hugs all around.
Baby Jasim was terrific throughout the whole session. While he only slept a little, he never cried and seemed very interested in what was happening. Lots of funny expressions, but generally he just went with the flow. I love how the dogs got involved in our session too. It just made for an extra cozy feeling. Welcome to the family, Jasim!
